To be eligible for the CAPM certification, candidates must meet the following prerequisites: A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or equivalent). At least 1,500 hours of project management experience or 23 hours of formal project management education.

The CAPM® exam typically consists of 150 multiple-choice questions.
